Technology

Zip Level Inspection:  The foundation is one of the most important, if not THE most important aspect of determining the longevity of a structure. When a foundation moves excessively it can affect many aspects of the home. Such movement can cause the structural integrity of the home to become compromised. It can also create plumbing leaks, doors and windows that dont open and close properly, as well as visible gaps between doors, windows, cabinets, and other components.

A zip level is used to measure the foundation and note the different elevations at each corner of the home. This tool assures that you know exactly where the foundation has moved and by how much. This is the same tool used by structural engineers and foundation repair contractors.  So, you will know everything you need to know about the foundation of your future home.

Infrared thermography: Infrared Thermography is advanced technology designed to expose what is happening inside the walls and ceiling of a home. Our professional inspector uses special infrared imaging cameras (FlIR) to detect and measure thermal energy emitted from the structure of the home. This powerful infrared home inspection tool can help us monitor and diagnose potential problems not visible to the human eye (detect moisture even water leak inside the walls, which can lead to mold growth; electrical problems, which can lead to failures and even fires)

The latest in drone roof inspection technology: We understand that the roof condition is one of the most important parts for a homebuyer. Many roofs cannot be reached or walked by inspectors, so they try to inspect with binoculars. However, in order to provide our clients with the most thorough inspection, our professional inspector (A certified FAA drone pilot) uses DJI MAVIC AIR 2S drone for roof inspections when the inspector cannot physically walk the roof and location and weather conditions allow. This allows us to see and photograph each part of the roof for your piece of mind.
